About the role
Instant Impact is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across our Instant Impact brands. We’re looking for a proactive, commercially sharp seller who loves building relationships, pipeline, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities, focusing primarily on mid-market and growth-stage businesses.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partnerships, including leveraging networks to make new connections.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the wider growth function to ensure continuous improvement of the function.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and client meetings, primarily within the London area

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Track record selling in HR tech.
  • Not just a “lead‑runner”, you’re a hustler who creates opportunities, not just inherits them.
  • Confident cold caller and multi‑channel prospector, comfortable building warm networks at speed.
  • Commercially minded, structured, and data‑driven with a growth mindset
