The Role
As a CRM Executive in the LSM & Convergence team, you will play a big role in driving conversion of LiveScore Media users into LiveScore Bet customers. You will be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, covering briefing, operations, QA, reporting, and initial analysis, with a strong focus on campaign performance and user conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Build & Deployment: Create, set up, and launch CRM campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with acquisition goals.
- Campaign Briefing: Produce accurate and comprehensive briefs for campaigns, ensuring clear communication with creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Sprint Planning: Actively participate in campaign sprint planning to prioritise workstreams and deliverables.
- Campaign QA: Ensure all campaigns are fully tested before launch, checking creative, targeting, and delivery accuracy.
- Campaign & Channel Testing: Support experimentation across channels and formats to optimise conversion performance.
- Basic Campaign Analysis: Conduct first-level analysis, focusing on conversion KPIs (registrations, first-time deposits, engagement) and conduct initial analysis to flag insights or anomalies.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and willingness to learn new CRM and reporting tools.
