About the Role
We’re seeking an early-career IT & Logistics Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. This is a fully onsite role, and you’ll be in the office five days a week. You’ll manage device logistics, inventory, shipping, ticketing, MDM tasks, and basic system administration. Clear communication and a steady, organized approach will be essential to keeping our team supported and daily operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Device Management
  • Respond to IT tickets with a service-first approach, ensuring team members feel supported and informed.
  • Troubleshoot macOS issues (software, connectivity, performance, security).
  • Provide empathetic guidance on repairs, replacements, or loaner devices.
  • Coordinate with Apple Authorized Service Centers and trusted partners for diagnostics, quotes, and repairs.
  • Review repair quotations and recommend cost-effective options.
  • Support the Admin Team with claims, reimbursements, and escalations.
  • Manage vendor coordination with Ozone for device orders, pickups, and portal issues.
  • Prepare devices for deployment, including cleaning, setup, quality checks, and readiness tests.
  • Communicate updates proactively and take ownership of each case end-to-end.
  • Share simple instructional videos or proactive tips to promote device health.
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Configure, enroll, and manage devices using MDM tools (Jamf, Hexnode, or similar).
  • Apply security and compliance policies.
  • Troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
  • Support Apple Business Manager workflows.

Asset & Inventory Management
  • Track devices and IT assets across their full lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic audits.
  • Oversee returns, updates, EOL evaluations, and documentation.
  • Ensure secure data handling and adherence to asset-management standards.
  • Basic System Administration & Technical Support
  • Support basic networking, software installations, compliance checks, and OS updates.
  • Provide clear, friendly communication for all user support needs.
Office Logistics Support
  • Coordinate supplies, shipments, pickups, courier services, and vendor visits.
  • Handle simple on-site operational and maintenance tasks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (Jamf, Hexnode, etc.)
  • Experience with asset management, logistics, or inventory processes
  • Basic knowledge of networking, data security, and device repair
  • Ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and solve problems calmly
  • Needs to work full-time from our Gurgaon office
  • Strong attention to detail and good case documentation habits
Nice to Have
  • Experience using Google Workspace, CRM systems, or ticketing tools
  • Exposure to Windows, iOS, and Android environments
  • Prior experience at a device repair center (hardware basics, component swaps)
  • Certifications in Apple IT Support, MDM tools, logistics, or IT fundamentals
