Career Opportunities: Senior Mechanical System Engineer - Landing Gear Systems (2756)
Your Tasks
- Provide engineering support for ATA 32 systems, including landing gear, nose wheel steering, shimmy damping, wheels, brakes, and tyres for next-generation aircraft platforms
- Experience with brake-by-wire and anti-skid systems is highly desirable
- Capture and validate system requirements and generate high-quality technical requirement documentation
- Demonstrate verification and compliance with FAR and EASA-CS Part 23 certification requirements
- Prepare and deliver Certification Engineering Reports for submission to EASA
- Oversee and technically manage supplier and vendor development projects
With this you convince us
- University Degree in aeronautical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering
- Minimum eight (8) years experience in aerospace mechanical systems within a development, integration & certification environment
- Knowledge of electrical integration would be beneficial
- Proven experience in systems development engineering of one or more Aircraft system
- Data analysis & reporting skills together with flexibility for multi tasking activities
- Good English skills (C1), knowledge of German would be an advantage
