Key responsibilities
Execute and follow up on contractor payments to ensure timely processing.
Send emails through Salesforce and manage CRM-related tasks.
Test and validate technical and content implementations on the platform.
Respond to student inquiries across various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
Provide direct support to students, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Education and background
Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, such as: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
