Job Description

The Screening Team Leader role is to support the continued success of Reed Screening, by managing a team of Screening Executives, ensuring that all calls are handled in a professional and timely manner to ensure compliance in respect of all current legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and by developing the revenue potential of Reed Screening.

Working hours - 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, with 2 x late shifts per month

Hybrid - After training, it will be 1 week in the office and 1 week from home


What you’ll be doing
•    To lead, develop and manage a dedicated telephony team, to work professionally and effectively in supporting Screening Operations
•    To monitor all systems and constantly review more efficient ways of working
•    To be present at internal/external audits and ensure feedback is quickly
•    To ensure that all internal and external process are always adhered to and take the appropriate action when not
•    Maintain excellent relationships with internal / external stakeholders, clients and Reed senior management
•    Development of skills and competencies within the team
•    Improved productivity within the Screening department
•    Define and agree plans and strategies with internal and external stakeholders


External Candidate Experience:
•    Call Centre management experience is preferred but not essential
•    Relevant experience in team performance management including coaching, development plans, setting KPI metrics
•    Strong Customer Service background
