Job Qualification
Education Level : Diploma in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Experience : 4+ years
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skill : Proficient in MS Office/Minitab
Other Knowledge and Skills : Logical thinking and good Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring consistency in product quality through the implementation of quality systems.
- Analyzing customer complaints and identifying the RCA of the problem.
- Ensuring that necessary corrective actions are taken on the problem and preventive measures are implemented to avoid recurrence.
- Analyzing rejection/field complaint data using appropriate quality tools and taking action with the shop floor team to keep the rejection rate within the limit set by management.
- Conducting audits on the shop floor to ensure the implementation of process improvement requirements mentioned in CAPA.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that non-conformities pointed out during internal and external audits are closed in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the engineering and production teams to execute new product line setups or changes in processes.
- Working closely as a leader or member of a small group activity/task force team to resolve quality problems.
- Educating the shop floor team about the standards of quality management systems and quality tools.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of products and processes.
- Knowledge of the Statical tools and Minitab.
- Knowledge of QMS, ROHS, and REACH.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of Process capability, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
