Test Lead in TOSCA for Banking Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of manual and automation testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all phases of testing.

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with Agile principles.

• Drive test automation initiatives using TOSCA, including script design, optimization, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps) to ensure effective test coverage and timely releases.

• Plan and manage testing activities within Agile sprints — including estimation, prioritization, and sprint reviews.

• Oversee end-to-end testing of payment applications, including integration with upstream and downstream systems.

• Identify and mitigate risks in testing processes and proactively manage defect triage and resolution.

• Mentor and upskill team members in TOSCA automation and Agile QA practices.

• Ensure traceability of requirements through to test coverage and defect management.

Essential skills

Good knowledge in TOSCA & Agile testers preferably Payments Experience – High Priority
