ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will join the Experienced Hire Recruiting team and will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent across our Global Banking & Markets division. This role involves maintaining and developing key relationships with divisional leadership teams and executing the recruitment cycle in close conjunction with key stakeholders from the business, Human Capital Management (HCM), and global counterparts.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Partner with key stakeholders to define business talent needs, document detailed requirements, and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with sourcers and recruiters, managing activities from initial role opening through offer, acceptance, and successful candidate commencement. This includes coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting offer generation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines by applying advanced sourcing techniques, researching market trends, and building relationships with prospective candidates for critical and future roles within investment banking.
- Contribute to the structuring of competitive compensation packages by gathering and analyzing relevant data, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, including coordination and performance evaluation.
- Enhance the candidate experience through timely, transparent, and positive interactions at every stage of the recruitment process, thereby strengthening the firm's employer brand in the competitive investment banking market.
- Engage with divisional mobility and people development committees to market internal career opportunities and facilitate career transitions for current employees.
- Support senior Talent Acquisition professionals in guiding divisional sourcers and coordinators on talent identification and efficient process management, and assist divisional management with headcount planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Keep abreast of trends in recruitment, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Produce metrics reports analyzing key recruitment data for divisional leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience within a recruitment agency focused on investment banking hiring/buy-sde roles, or a relevant internal talent acquisition function.
- Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication and relationship management skills; client-facing and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly.
- Strong team player: ability to work effectively within and across teams is a must.
- Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment, handling multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients.
- Strong project management skills: ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on a regular basis.
- Analytical skills: strong attention to detail, forward-thinking, ability to review data analytics and identify emerging trends in global markets.
- Commercial awareness: broad knowledge of the financial services industry.
