Job Title: Lead Expert – Digital Customer Journey (Marketing)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

As a Lead Expert in Marketing, you will shape and optimize digital customer journeys across marketing touchpoints as a functional expert. You’ll work in product squads covering content management, campaign automation, and performance tracking, helping stakeholders deliver customer centric, scalable digital experiences.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Co‑lead marketing‑related squads (website, marketing automation, personalization) with the Product Manager & Tech Lead.
  • Translate business needs into digital solutions; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support content operations, campaign enablement, and performance analysis.
  • Advocate for continuous testing, optimization, and agile delivery.
  • Collaborate across channels/platforms to ensure a cohesive end‑to‑end journey.
  • Maintain a high bar for consent, privacy, accessibility, and brand standards.

You bring

  • 4+ years in digital marketing, MarTech, or campaign operations.
  • Exposure to CMS, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), or personalization platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working in agile teams or product squads.
  • Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication; fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
