Join our Engineering Management Operations team and gain practical experience in an international, inclusive environment that truly values diversity and individuality. As a working student, you will support our team in coordinating technical and organizational activities for operational offshore wind sites worldwide. You’ll gain insight into how our Engineering and Operations divisions collaborate within a global matrix organization while contributing to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and practical solutions.

 

About the role

 

  • Create presentations and training materials on a variety of topics
  • Set up tools for different teams using MS Office and other software
  • Support data analysis for a wide range of projects
  • Assist in planning and organizing workshops and meetings
  • Contribute to diverse and exciting topics across teams within the Engineering division

 

Job requirements and experience

 

  • You are currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a similar technical field) and have completed at least your 3rd semester
  • Initial experience in project management or the offshore wind industry is advantageous
  • You work in a methodical and structured manner.You have effective teamwork skills and enjoy communicating with others
  • You are consistent, motivated, and detail-oriented
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
