This includes deploying innovative value dossiers and reimbursement submissions that demonstrate how Bayer products address unmet medical needs and customer needs.
- Co-create market access plans with the Product Teams to evaluate the return on investment of market access decisions, including tailored agreements for each stakeholder. Proactively propose strategic and action plans to achieve the established objectives.
- Promote value- and evidence-based pricing, adapting it to local market conditions and leveraging Health Economics studies and tools.
- Lead and implement access strategies for in-market brands, including value proposition, pricing, expenditure management, and mitigation of threats from generics.
- Ensure successful launches and in-market pricing, aligned with market dynamics, Chapter Leads' decisions, and regional strategies.
- Negotiate, design, operate, and implement sustainable and innovative access models, including shared-contribution agreements, risk-management programs, and other innovative frameworks.

- Capability to develop innovative access and pricing models that accelerate patient access to new medicines through evidence-based approaches, creating win-win solutions for patients, payers, and Bayer.
