Job Title: MES Support Engineer (Ignition & Microsoft SQL

• Job Summary

Urgent requirement for a candidate with expertise in Ignition and Microsoft SQL to provide onsite support for MES applications during weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Job Description
• Provide onsite support for MES applications at the customer’s location during weekdays (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience or strong knowledge in Ignition and Microsoft SQL.
• Familiarity with Perspective/Vision modules in Ignition.
• Prior experience in support projects is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of MES and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.

• Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for MES applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
• Utilize Ignition and Microsoft SQL skills to maintain and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address support requirements.
• Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira to track and manage support tickets.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolutions.
• Continuously monitor MES application health and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to support activities and issue resolutions.
