As the E-commerce digital marketing & CRM specialist LATAM, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, leading the online e-retail ecosystem & CRM for Hill’s across owned digital channels & e-retailers in collaboration with cross functional teams.

 

This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership to drive brand growth, digital acceleration and transformation across multiple countries in the Latin America region

 

DESIRED SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong digital marketing & eCommerce expertise, with exposure to digital transformation, and customer excellence:  execute digital eCommerce campaigns & create synergies with agencies / internal teams / retailers to improve audience segmentation, personalizing the customer experience, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) across our eCommerce marketing campaigns

  • e-Retail data management: 

*Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize audience segmentation and content personalization. Develop & execute eCommerce marketing campaigns, track & identify opportunities to acquire and engage customers.

* Lead integration projects with data partners (such as retailers, advertising platforms, and technology providers)

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, digital & retail teams to maximize impact.

  • Design, implement and manage an integral CRM strategy to acquire, convert, maintain and create loyalty among clients driving Insights & Consolidating  and analyzing data across the region, transforming numbers into actionable strategies.

  • CRM data management: This role will be responsible for administering and optimizing Salesforce CRM platform securing client information.

  • Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities, tendencies, consumer behavior and audience segmentation and take actionable insights for strategic decision making. Optimizing the customer journey to identify key contact points that bring better business opportunities.



EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing, eCommerce or data analytics, with a strong understanding of eCommerce business and technical landscape in CRM management

 

-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, SQL, Amazon marketing cloud as a nice to have

 

-Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Creative problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well across diverse teams.

 

-Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to analyze metrics and data to drive business growth.

 

-Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, data or a related field.

 

Excel wizard (pivot tables, charts, databases, formulas, macro charts).

 

Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese nice to have
