Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily deposits including cash, credit card transactions, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs)

• Process warranty policy remittances, cancellations, and reconciliations

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to warranty policies

• Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Basic accounting knowledge and/or relevant experience

• Experience with DealerTrack is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 hours per week

• Monday – Friday | Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM (flexible)

• Occasional overtime based on business needs
