We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager/Senior Manager who’s passionate about data, systems, and building the connective tissue that helps Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success thrive together. This role sits within Marketing but partners closely across all revenue-driving functions to ensure seamless processes, clear insights, and aligned goals.

You’ll help Waymark make smarter, faster decisions by improving how we capture, manage, and act on data across the customer lifecycle. From pipeline reporting to marketing attribution, sales enablement, and customer health tracking — you’ll be the architect and operator behind the systems that power growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves structure and strategy — a builder who can get into the weeds, then zoom out to shape how revenue operations supports our next stage of scale.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Systems and Data Management
  • Own and optimize our revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Vitally, attribution tools, etc.) to ensure accurate, actionable data across teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that drive visibility into pipeline, performance, and key growth metrics.
  • Improve data integrity and lead flow between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for data capture, segmentation, and usage across systems.
Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Partner with Marketing to measure and improve campaign attribution, funnel efficiency, and lead quality.
  • Support Sales with forecasting, territory planning, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to surface insights around retention, expansion, and customer health.
  • Act as the connector between teams to ensure goals, data, and processes are aligned.
Process Improvement and Strategy
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions across the revenue engine.
  • Develop documentation, training, and automation that improve efficiency and adoption of tools.
  • Support leadership with regular analysis and recommendations to drive growth and alignment.
  • Help build systems and frameworks for long-term operational scalability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations (ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments).
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Vitally, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excited to build and optimize systems that help teams perform better together.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI or creative technology platforms.
