Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Accounting Clerk, you will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner in accordance with Delaware North Sportservice policies and procedures.

Unit Description:Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Responsibilities:- Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices for payment
- Compiles daily sales reports to be submitted on a weekly basis
- Proactively investigates and troubleshoots invoice or purchase order issues via purchasing and AP systems
- Collaborate with purchasing team to resolve discrepancies
- Responds to payment inquiries and makes calls regarding billing problems; acts as a liaison between departments and vendors
- Submits paperwork required to set up banking information for new vendors
- Prepares proper AP and accrual reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Assist finance leadership with month-end close via journal entries, reporting, or other tasks
- Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to financial leadership
- Aids in the secure storage and destruction of dated company files
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field strongly preferred
- Knowledge and/or previous experience in accounting is strongly preferred
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an environment with constantly changing priorities
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Reliability with confidential financial and/or banking information
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills, including high level of proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
Comfortable sitting/standing at a desk for extended periods of time
Ability to work predominantly on a computer
