Quantity Estimation & BOQ ManagementPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Develop and maintain BOQs for various project packages.Verify quantities submitted by contractors.Identify quantity variations and prepare variation statements.2. Cost Management & Budget ControlAssist in developing project cost plans and budgets.Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises.Prepare cost forecasts and financial progress reports.3. Billing & Invoice VerificationPrepare and review contractor bills (RA bills/Final bills).Verify measurements at site and ensure compliance with contractual terms.Certify payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.Coordinate with finance for release of payments.
