C&K is seeking an experienced ERP Team Leader to act as the key interface between our business units and IT ERP resources. This role will lead projects and initiatives around our Infor XA ERP system, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

 

About the job:

 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between C&K business users and IT ERP teams, translating business needs into effective ERP solutions.
  • Organize, plan, and lead ERP-related projects within the Infor XA environment.
  • Supervise and develop the C&K ERP support team, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous learning.
  • Manage the Infor XA sub-contractor relationship, driving performance and service quality.
  • Ensure SOX compliance of all Infor XA IT processes (development and support).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve ERP IT processes for greater efficiency and reliability.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops and departmental projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

 

About you:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading ERP projects, from design through implementation and support.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Infor XA ERP systems.
  • Proven experience working in a multicultural environment, collaborating across regions and time zones.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, SOX compliance, and ERP development/support processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English.
