Analytica is seeking experienced Technical Project Manager (Data Delivery) to lead and coordinate the delivery of key technical initiatives for a high-visibility program. These roles will be responsible for ensuring data-centric tasks are executed on schedule, technical staff are effectively managed, and cross-functional collaboration is sustained throughout the project lifecycle. The position is hybrid with 1-2x a week onsite requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects remain on track and within defined scope.
- Oversee onboarding, tasking, and professional development of technical team members.
- Facilitate effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and government clients to ensure technical feasibility and successful integration of solutions.
- Lead scrum ceremonies and track project requirements through backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Maintain and update project trackers, performance dashboards, and control systems to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address technical issues or delays.
- Supervise operational rollouts and lead support efforts for ongoing system enhancements and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT); OR 8+ years of equivalent IT project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with data presentation software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with best practices for presenting quantitative information.
- At least 5 years of experience in communicating and writing about complex technical topics for diverse audiences, including those without technical backgrounds.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
- Prior experience supporting federal healthcare IT programs.
- Experience in integrating dashboard solutions or supporting cloud data infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
