You will be responsible for the planning, operations, and maintenance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) used across the organization. You will identify and promote both internal partnerships and third-party vendors in support of CFHW objectives.
Job Profile:
- Do you keep an eye on strategic initiatives without getting lost in day-to-day tasks?
- Do you have experience with building exceptional vendor relationships to support the EHR and other 3rd party vendors?
- Are you able to manage a hybrid team and engage them with weekly team and 1:1 connections?
- Do you have technical EHR skills to support your team? Things like experience with EHR stored procedures, triggers, table schemas and application programming interface (API)?
- Do you have a customer service mindset that shows you are an accessible and approachable contributor to the organization?
- Are you experienced with daily and strategic tasks and ensure that updates are communicated to staff and project teams?
You Will:
- Focus on strategic projects such as version updates to EHR, Electronic Dental Record (EDR) and Behavioral Health (BH) records.
- Keep a pulse on the day-to-day needs and what’s on the horizon for the EHR.
- Communicate with the organization about the work being done to positively impact the EHR and the care delivery experience.
- Proactively manage the work and support the team to ensure projects are on track and focused.
Compensation: Approximately $120,000 to $170,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
What We Need for this Job:
- Relevant Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two (2+) years’ experience in training, project management, systems implementation, or hands-on experience with technical systems.
- Two (2+) years’ experience in management/leadership.
- Ability to perform functional testing.
- Training skills.
- Managing vendor relationships.
