Champion Our Culture:
- Foster an environment where our core values aren’t just words on a wall – they’re how we actually work.
- Provide guidance and support to our team in challenges, conflicts, and performance conversations with empathy and fairness.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Manage leave of personal absence requests, including ADA accommodations, and other statutory leaves.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations at the federal and state levels.
- Ensure company policies, including employee handbook, are legally sound and aligned with our mission.
