Concrete Plant Operative (Batcher)  

Are you self-motivated and a team player? PNQ have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team at Woree Concrete Plant based in Cairns.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Manage batching and loading of PNQ fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

• Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - training will be provided
• Front End Loader and forklift ticket is advantage but can be gained in the role
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
