The Strategic Growth & Client Engagement Manager leads multi-region event programs and client engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent standards, measurable outcomes, and operational excellence. As a key leader within the Mission Critical Communications team, this role is responsible for mentoring team members, fostering professional growth, and developing scalable processes and metrics that enhance client relationships and reinforce brand alignment.

Essential Skills:

  • Designs scalable processes and event frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and measurable results across regions.
  • Provides guidance and feedback to Specialists and Managers. Fosters collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability across multiple teams.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards or reports that measure event ROI, participation, and engagement outcomes. Uses data to drive improvements.
  • Implements and refines systems for consistency in event execution across multiple offices or markets.
  • Communicates vision and goals effectively to large groups and senior leadership.

Technical Skills:

  • Evaluates and recommends tools or platforms that enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy across event programs.
  • Oversees integration of systems across departments to ensure streamlined reporting.

Leadership Skills:

  • Guides teams to achieve shared goals across regions. Encourages alignment, collaboration, and accountability across functions.
  • Provides mentorship and support to Mission Critical Communications team. Builds succession planning strategies and facilitates team development.
  • Leads coordination across departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

General Skills:

  • Oversees cross-region vendor performance and contract alignment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Mission Critical Communications team across regional programs. Responsible for performance management and team development.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in client engagement, event strategy, or business development support.
  • Proven success managing teams and programs across multiple regions with measurable results.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of Mission Critical market dynamics and client priorities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Primarily office-based with frequent travel between regions for event oversight and strategic meetings.
  • Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
  • Must be able to attend events and site visits, including extended travel and occasional lifting or setup participation.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.
  • Frequent regional and national travel (30–40%) to support multi-office coordination.
