As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence. Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and establishes key metrics for measuring success. This strategy may include analyzing customer behavior, identifying opportunities. Responsible for the team that drives brand awareness, enhance profitability, achieve marketing objectives and enhances consistency of internal and external communications.

$180,000-$200,000 Base + Bonus

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic roadmap development: Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • ROAS: Partner with analytics to prove advertising investment value and opportunities to expand to market share gain
  • 10+ years of business experience in product and/or sales marketing within companies selling online and through multiple seller channels.  Prior marking consulting experience desired.
  • Strategic and Analytical: Experience with both qualitative and quantitative customer research. Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill into clear, concise recommendations for an executive audience. Proven ability to leverage data to measure marketing performance, inform growth opportunities and business case development
  • Brand awareness: Determine which and use marketing media assets, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and attract customers. This may include overseeing the use of integrated channels and working with designers and influencers to produce relevant content
  • Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that generate leads and opportunities. 
  • Versatile Problem Solver: Forward-thinking leader with the ability to problem solve with ambiguity, drive data-based decisions and own outcomes, and roll up their sleeves to execute
  • Customer Obsessed: Leads with customer inquiry, obsessively seeks new insights that help shape and drive our product roadmap, and advocates internally and externally on behalf of our customers

Qualifications/ Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years of business experience in product and/or sales marketing within companies selling online

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree
  • Prior marking consulting experience desired.
