Hours - 7:00am~4:00pm, Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed
Hourly, Non-Exempt - $20+/hour, wage dependent on experience
Eligible for benefits first of the month after sixty days of service
Eligible for additional compensation

Role
The purpose of the Warehouse Team Member is to receive; store; and distribute material; tools; equipment; and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist shipping and receiving with loading and unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
- File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area
- Ensure warehouses are accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
- Pick and stage customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
- Assist in counting physical inventory and cycle counts
- Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
- Ability to maneuver box trucks into dock and follow docking procedures
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
- Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
Education & Training Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
Work Experience Requirements
- 1+ year of prior warehouse experience
- 1+ year of prior experience in forklift operation
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less for up to 10 hours per day
- Exposure to variation in temperature, including work for prolong periods in a freezer environment
