This role exists to strengthen CosmoProf’s position as the leading professional beauty partner by driving high-impact social engagement and vendor/partner collaboration. The Social & Influencer Partnership Manager will manage strategic relationships with key vendors and partners, co-develop social and influencer content, and lead community engagement efforts that authentically connect with professional hairstylists. This is a hybrid role reporting into our corporate office in Plano, TX 3 days a week.

Essential Functions:
40% Partner & Vendor Marketing:
- Work directly with vendor and brand partner stakeholders to execute partnership assets and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner relationships and a key contributor to larger partnership accounts.
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of campaigns, promotions, and programs.
- Track and analyze the performance of all partner marketing initiatives against key metrics, delivering comprehensive reports and insights-driven recommendations for future activity.
- Lead co-marketing opportunities with vendors, including content creation, storytelling, and social activations that showcase product innovation and education for stylists.
- Support the Integrated Marketing team on key initiatives, ensuring all partnership activity enhances the stylist community and drives measurable engagement
- Managerial oversight of contract resources (specifically engagement contractors)
40% Analytics & Results Measurement:
Engagement Leadership
Lead CosmoProf’s social engagement strategy, focusing on community building, proactive engagement, and meaningful conversation with professional stylists.
Develop engagement playbooks, define response tone, and set best practices for community management.
Track, analyze, and optimize engagement performance to increase reach, relevance, and positive sentiment across the stylist community.
Stay ahead of social trends and innovations to guide vendor and influencer partners in developing content that resonates across evolving platforms.
Social Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among beauty professionals.
Manage daily operations of CosmoProf Beauty social media platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand, and community-driven storytelling.
Proactively uncover content opportunities across the organization to highlight education, innovation, and the artistry of the stylist community.
Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze content performance, making continuous improvement recommendations based on engagement metrics and audience behaviors.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks, adapting strategies accordingly.
20% PR and Event activation:
Support CosmoProf Beauty legacy events, including planning and on-site execution, to ensure a seamless experience for talent, partners, and attendees.
Manage influencer and talent schedules leading up to and during events to ensure smooth coordination and brand-aligned representation.
Support photo and content shoots in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing and Creative teams to capture assets for social, PR, and partner initiatives.
Manage influencer mailings, seeding programs, and product requests in partnership with engagement contractors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, social media management, influencer relations, or PR (beauty industry experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns and multiple external partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media analytics, marketing tools, and influencer platforms such as Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Traackr, AspireIQ, etc.
- Deep understanding of social engagement best practices and data-driven content optimization.
- Current network of beauty industry vendor and influencer contacts a plus.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
