TCN is seeking a dedicated Senior Graphic Designer III to work closely with our marketing team, increasing brand awareness and visual engagement across our website, video content, social media and other channels. You will play a critical role in maintaining TCN's proven brand identity while elevating our visual interest. Success in this role requires a strategic ability to ensure brand consistency across all channels, working collaboratively with various stakeholders, project managers and internal marketing teams to uphold TCN’s design system. 

As our Senior Graphic Designer III, you will be the creative force behind TCN's visual communications. You will oversee and execute all design projects, from concept to final publication. This is a hands-on role that requires both artistic skill and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on all design systems and brand identity, including website (UI/UX)
  • Lead and mentor the graphic design team, handling complex issues and providing guidance with minimal to no supervision.
  • Collaborate with creative personnel, marketing and other departments to gather information and materials needed for new design projects.
  • Prepare and create visual presentations by designing layouts for both digital and print media. This includes hand-drawn concepts and finished designs using professional software.
  • Coordinate photography, artwork and printing to ensure all assets are prepared and executed correctly.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain a detail-oriented workflow.
  • Maintain and evolve TCN's visual brand identity and design system, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Create and edit video content and photography for marketing campaigns and other company initiatives.

Qualifications 

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs by hand and with computer software.
  • Convey complex concepts and technical information through engaging graphics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) and Figma. Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
  • Proven experience providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to a subordinate group.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong time-management and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience.
  • Well organized with the ability to maintain complex file and folder structures. 
  • Video shooting, motion graphics visuals, photography and applicable editing is a plus. 
  • Marketing and B2B mindset.
