Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives in brand awareness, business development, and lead generation. 
  • Oversees the strategy, development, and performance optimization of email campaigns designed to nurture leads, educate professional audiences, and drive conversion throughout the sales funnel. 
  • Assists in developing and managing an AI-enhanced content strategy and editorial calendar, including blog and website content that addresses prospective residents’ and families’ needs, boosts SEO, and aligns with market trends. 
  • Manages media buying and placement, negotiating print and digital ad contracts, overseeing creative approvals, and tracking campaign ROI. 
  • Guides the design and production of branded materials—including collateral, invitations, sponsorship content, and event materials—to ensure consistency with corporate brand standards. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Lifestyle, to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities and ensure unified messaging. 
  • Monitors competitive activity and market trends, providing data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and strengthen Maplewood and Inspir’s market positioning. 
  • Analyzes campaign metrics and KPIs to measure success, inform decision-making, and continuously refine marketing tactics for stronger performance. 
  • Supports budget management and resource allocation in collaboration with the VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Communications to ensure fiscal responsibility and marketing ROI. 
  • Stays ahead of emerging marketing and AI trends, proactively recommending new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance engagement and operational efficiency. 

Communication: 

  • Maintains open communication with the appropriate parties especially with the SVPof Sales and Marketing as well as the marketing department to ensure a smooth operation of business and advises any business concerns and/or issues immediately 
  • Possesses exceptional effective oral and written communication skills that includes public speaking and presentation skills 
  • Ability to effectively present information on one-on-one, small group situations to customers, clients, and/or other associates within organization 
  • Ability to resolve concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner 

Education/Experience/Competencies: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, sales, or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience  
  • Degree in Graphic Design or experience in Graphic design programs preferred but not required 
  • Experience with social media strategy development  
  • Five (5) years of related experience with progressive marketing project responsivities preferred 
  • Possess excellent written communications skills 
  • Possess excellent customer service, marketing, and public relations skills  
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to be strategic and creative with a result-driven mindset 
  • Demonstrates a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor
