Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Support and Helpdesk team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Oversee daily operations of the IT Helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Manage and maintain Office365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, security, and compliance features.
- Maintain and enhance onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware allocation, and access governance.
- Administer and maintain multi-site network infrastructure across all physical offices.
- Manage pfSense firewalls, including rules, configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, and performance.
- Oversee VPN architecture, including remote access, site-to-site connectivity, and secure authentication.
- Manage and monitor backups using Veeam and Windows Server Backup.
- Maintain, test, and improve backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or IT support leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
- Strong expertise in Office365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Experience with Power Platform development and administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware, and system administration.
- Experience managing complex networking environments, including firewalls, VPN, and multi-site communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
