Your contribution to something big:

As a Controlling Business Partner for our Electric Solutions, you will drive the financial performance and strategic direction of our cutting-edge sustainable heating technologies. You will act as a key financial advisor, translating insights into action and securing profitable innovation from concept to market launch.

  • Drive Strategic Profitability: Define and monitor key measures to achieve target profitability and foster sustainable growth for the Business Team.
    Collaborate with Business Owner and Business Team to derive actionable strategies based on financial insights and product cost benchmarks.
     
  • Shape the Future of Heat Pump Architecture: Partner with Module Owners and cross-functional teams to develop the architecture of our next-generation heat pumps.
    Your financial expertise will be instrumental in guiding profitable innovation and securing long-term success.
     
  • Support Product Development with Financial Expertise: Provide profitability assessments and economic analyses throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to post-launch.
    Take ownership of managing fixed cost budgets within the R&D domain.
     
  • Be a Trusted Commercial Partner: Act as a key sparring partner to the Business Owner and Business Team.
    Work closely with Product Management, Controlling, Development, and Sales to enhance financial awareness and enable informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:

What distinguishes you: 

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
     
  • Experience:
    • Several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, Business Analytics, Financial Planning, or Product Costing, ideally within a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
    • Proven track record of navigating complex financial landscapes and contributing to strategic business decisions.
       
  • Know how:
    • Advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial planning tools are required.
    • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
       
  • Personality:
    • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Taking ownership and ensuring clear accountability for outcomes.
       
  • Working Style and Methods:
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of profitability analysis, cost structures, and financial modeling.
    • Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Controlling).
       
  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is essential for global collaboration.
