JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Key Account Manager - Industrial Seals (Off-highway, Fluid Power, Hydraulic Cylinder, Agriculture)
Reports To: Segment Manager
Role Type: Individual Contribution
Location: Bangalore or Pune
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire holistic understanding of key customers’ needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.
- Drive SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth & operating margin targets.
- Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome
- Primary Contact: Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Relationship: Build strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become long term trusted partner to the customer.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate internally to implement ISEA Industrial Growth strategy
- Owing at least one of the Growth pillars
- Driving Cadence on implementation plan
- Supporting peers with market analysis and execution ideas to drive implementation of respective strategy

Bachelor of Engineering (Preferred Mechanical)
Years of experience required – 5-12 years of experience in handing Industrial OEM customers for PAN India.
The Role requires travelling in the region of responsibility. So, willingness to travel often (40% time) is critical to success of this role.
