Job Title: Team Lead – HR Operations(CL 10)Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage HR operations and ensure seamless delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM and advanced MS Excel skills, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team toward operational excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.• Proficiency in Workday HCM (Core HR, Reporting, Business Processes).• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Skills• Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.• Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities• Team Managemento Lead and mentor a team of HR operations associates.o Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure SLA adherence.o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.• Workday Operationso Manage and oversee HR transactions in Workday (e.g., employee data changes, position management, reporting).o Troubleshoot Workday issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.o Ensure compliance with HR policies and data integrity within Workday.• Data Analysis & Reportingo Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.o Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on HR metrics and operational performance.o Identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.• Process Improvemento Review existing processes and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.o Implement best practices for data accuracy and operational excellence.• Stakeholder Managemento Act as a point of contact for escalations and queries.o Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for cross-functional initiatives.Any Graduation
