Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the business environment. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while adapting to evolving project requirements and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. "KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Sound knowledge on industry leading performance testing tool –LoadRunner enterprise, neoload, JMeter· Ability to design complex scenarios to depict real world user patterns.· Should be proficient with these protocols – Web (HTTP / HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, MQ· Good foundation with Performance engineering concepts including knowledge on monitoring tools – DynaTrace, AppDynamics, New Relic. Should be able to configure performance metrics for various monitors and build Dashboards. · Good understanding of JVM related concepts· Should be proficient in SQL queries.· Understanding of the application functionality and performance requirements along with SLA's defined.· Identify the test environment, test data and access needs.· Create profiling, test scripts, test plan, executing, trouble shooting and performance tuning.· Create monitoring profiles to acquire performance metrics to ensure optimization.· Analyze test results and call out any discrepancies against the SLA's.· Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders."Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.- Experience with application development frameworks and tools.- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics effectively.- Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
