We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Branch Relationship Manager to lead business development efforts at the branch level. The role involves acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and driving sales of retail liabilities and third-party products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
Achieve business objectives for retail liabilities sales at the branch, meeting value, volume, and productivity metrics
Generate revenue through the sale of CASA, cross-sell products, and third-party offerings like insurance
Source high-value CASA customers and build comprehensive family banking relationships
Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels
Contact a minimum of 20 customers daily and meet at least 4 customers/prospects per day
Upgrade customers from lower product categories to premium offerings
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships
