The position is part of the Clinical Consulting & Sales team and reports to the country lead of Clinical Activities.
MISSION
The role is structured around three key areas:
• Advising professionals on the selection and use of psychometric assessments
• Commercial follow‑up with client professionals
• Production and adaptation of educational content
CLINICAL CONSULTING
Main Responsibilities
As a consultant specialized in psychometrics, the Clinical Consulting & Sales Psychologist provides expert guidance to healthcare professionals in selecting, using, and interpreting psychometric assessments. Core responsibilities include:
Test Selection Guidance: Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand their diagnostic or assessment needs and recommend the most appropriate psychometric tools.
Results Explanation: Provide clear and accessible explanations of test results, particularly when questions or misunderstandings arise. Ensure personalized follow‑up to support accurate interpretation.
Technical Support: Act as the main point of contact for technical questions related to test use, administration protocols, and measurement norms.
Best‑Practice Awareness: Promote optimal use of psychometric assessments. Share up‑to‑date best practices and developments to ensure effective and ethical test administration.
Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly activity reports, identify trends, and propose actions when relevant (e.g., creation of educational content).
CLINICAL SALES
Main Responsibilities
As a consultant, the Clinical Consulting & Sales Psychologist ensures commercial follow‑up with clients they have supported, with the primary goal of optimizing sales and strengthening client relationships.
Proactive Account Management: Conduct regular, proactive follow‑ups to develop an in‑depth understanding of each client’s needs, objectives, and challenges.
Sales Development: Design and implement targeted sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maximize account potential.
Building Long‑Term Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, acting as a trusted partner and continuously monitoring market changes and client needs.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including the Clinical Consulting & Sales team, Customer Service, Marketing, and Support—to ensure coordinated account management and high client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular portfolio performance reports, analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
CREATION AND ADAPTATION OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Main Responsibilities
As the educational content lead, the Clinical Consulting & Sales Psychologist contributes to the ongoing improvement of online training programs through the production and adaptation of pedagogical materials.
Webinars:
Updating Existing Webinars:
– Review existing webinars to identify improvement areas.
– Update content according to the latest developments and best practices.
– Collaborate with the European team to ensure alignment.
Creation of New Webinars:
– Design and develop new webinars based on identified needs.
– Coordinate with internal and external experts to integrate up‑to‑date information and trends.
Review of Marketing Content:
– Review marketing materials produced by the European team.
– Ensure pedagogical consistency and accuracy of information.
E‑Learning Training:
Review of Existing E‑Learning Courses:
– Evaluate current online courses to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
– Suggest adjustments based on user feedback and field developments.
Project Management / Coordination:
– Identify and contact relevant trainers, contributors, and experts for new content development.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with pedagogical objectives.
Creation of New E‑Learning Modules:
– Design and develop new e‑learning modules based on identified needs.
PROFILE
The position is intended for a qualified psychologist (Master’s degree or École des Psychologues Praticiens).
Clinical experience (psychological or neuropsychological assessments in private practice or institutional settings) and strong knowledge of assessment tools (WISC‑V, NEPSY‑II, personality inventories…) are mandatory.
Strong client‑facing skills are essential: excellent interpersonal abilities, ease of communication, and commercial acumen.
