The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Clinical Advisor (m/f/x)* of the Restorative and Prevention business in the Dental Solutions division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading training to dentists and students of dentistry

• Implementing training sessions to Solventum and channel partners sales representatives

• Participating in the design of the educational plan of the business

• Interacting with Health Care Professionals, lecturers for the execution of educational events

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in dentistry

• Fluent in Spanish as well as very good English language skills, Portuguese language skills desirable

• Experience in lecturing and teaching

• Digital Dentistry knowledge: Smile design, Intraoral Scanners, Cad Cam design

• Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in any dentistry speciality from an accredited institution

• Team orientation, interpersonal as well as negotiation skils, Planning and Project Management

Work location:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Madrid at least 1-2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 50%, mainly domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
