• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant education preferred.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR business processing, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or multinational environments.• Strong proficiency with HRIS systems such as WorkDay, ADP, Buk, OnPay, Homebase, Manatal and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, and HR best practices.• Proven ability to deliver accurate, complex HR operations while adhering to tight deadlines.• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.• Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.• Fluency in English at a communicative level (B2 or above).• High commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professional development.• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in HR Admin functional areas.
