We’re looking for a CRM Automation Specialist - Brazil to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Implement advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant and timely content to customers according to their needs and preferences.
  • Establish and create target audiences and campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools, including initiatives that leverage real-time data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Understand our customers through research, feedback, and interaction data in order to enhance our segmentation strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment regularly to discover what works best with our players.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory standards and internal quality control guidelines.
  • Submit offers proposals to the various regulators when necessary.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including text and image assets, for our campaigns.
  • Assist and provide follow-up to the Customer Support team with any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders (Content, Elite, etc.) to coordinate the effective implementation of campaigns.


We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience executing CRM, automation, and retention strategies.
  • Native Portuguese speaker (non-negotiable),fluent in English and at least intermediate Spanish.
  • Data-driven, focused on improving KPIs and results.
  • Proficient in Optimove (or similar tools).
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiar with the customer lifecycle.
  • Able to understand the customer journey and identify drivers of recurrence.


Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
