As an Overnight Ramp Service Agent in a luxury service company, your role will extend further than most; from initial flight setup, pricing and logistics coordination through to aircraft marshalling and luggage handling. Our customers expect the very best and at ExecuJet, no two days on the ramp are ever the same.


Due to growth, we have and opportunities for experienced Ramp Service Agent to join us in a permanent overnight role as part of our ExecuJet Sydney FBO team.

 

Key responsibilities:


The successful candidates will be required to deliver a range of aircraft ramp and flight coordination services including:

  • Ongoing monitoring the FBO inbox responding to, allocating and actioning various client requests, discussing ExecuJet services and pricing.
  • Flight set-up, ensuring all elements are correct and handling confirmation sent.
  • Ground handling services; including providing lavatory and water service, luggage handling and aircraft marshalling.
  • Handling passenger baggage, cargo and catering, including the safe loading, unloading, and transfer of luggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring accurate tracking and secure stowage.
  • Coordination of complex movements which may arise at short notice determining exactly what is required and escalating to seek guidance where needed.
  • Coordination of third-party suppliers, i.e. making catering, hotel and limousine bookings and ensuring these arrive on time for aircraft arrival or departure.
  • Providing Executive lounge service, when required, to waiting passengers and crew.
  • Responding swiftly to any operational issues, emergencies, or unexpected events on the ramp, adhering to strict safety protocols to prevent and mitigate risks.
  • Maintaining and cleaning the premises, including company vehicles and ramp equipment.
  • Ensuring correct billing of all services in line with company standards.

Key selection criteria:


  • Prior Ramp Service and aviation-related experience is essential.
  • Applicants must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency and an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence (ideally with an Authority to Drive Airside Category 1 or 2 licence as a minimum).
  • Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent computer literacy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Proactive, reliable and highly motivated.
  • Able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and alone during the night.
