This role connects dermatologists and GPs to our dermatological brands and drives territory performance.Customer Engagement & Growth: Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs, detail dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations.Territory Planning & Omnichannel Execution: Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face‑to‑face and digital engagements to deliver a personalised omni‑channel customer experience.Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM.Events & Advocacy: Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events and act as a trusted brand ambassador.We Are Looking For You are motivated, curious and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills. Required:Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementCommercial & Customer‑Centric SellingClinical / Therapeutic Knowledge (dermatology advantageous)Omnichannel Engagement & Digital CommunicationCRM & Data‑driven Reporting (Veeva experience beneficial) Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential.
