Our “Out of Home” (OOH) initiative is responding to the evolving needs of Australians and businesses. Our 2025 eCommerce research showed us that over 50% of online shoppers would switch retailers to access out-of-home collection points (like parcel lockers) which highlights the demand for secure, flexible, convenient and available delivery options. In this role, as our OOH Growth Marketing Lead, you will deliver for our customers by ensuring our parcel locker network continues to grow and expand to deliver a seamless experience that delights shoppers, small businesses and large enterprises. Reporting in to our Head of Marketing. In this role you will design & deliver a growth marketing strategy for our “out of home” model. You will work across different business functions to deliver growth marketing focused journeys that will drive awareness, engagement and use of lockers by senders, receivers and parcel locker hosts.You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive attitude to clearing hurdles of growth. Leading a culture of experimentation and innovation as we grow the locker network.What you’ll deliver with us Working with teams across product, sales, operations, go to market and property you will align on and roll out a growth marketing plan to increase the adoption of parcel lockers as our network of lockers continues to grow at pace. You’ll also Deliver revenue, expenditure and profit targets.Oversee the reporting & modelling on business levers collaborating with finance, insights & other data teams.Collaborate across product, operations, go to market, retail, marketing & brand to ensure that growth and customer priorities are reflected in their roadmaps & campaigns. Lead a culture of Test-and-Learn, Velocity of network expansion and ROI.Establishing a rigorous approach to A/B testing and collaborating in relation to geo-split pilots and ROI tracking frameworks. Liaise with executive level stakeholders for growth relating communications and reporting metrics to the board. Partnering with external agencies and measuring ROI. About you You will be a growth marketing expert who will have extensive experience in marketing leadership roles. You will have proven success in building and scaling modern growth strategies and a deep and demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, lifecycle strategy and commercial growth. You’ll also need Experience as a recognised builder of teams, capability and culture having led diverse and high performing teams in the past. An ability to influence executive stakeholders and peers, navigating matrixed structures with confidence, clarity and executive presence. Be a trusted operator to build momentum across marketing, product and operational leadership lines. A high emotional intelligence, with the ability to lead through ambiguity to inspire confidence. An understanding of business lever modelling & tools, for example: CAC, churn, payback models, profit per parcel and operational cost levers. Experience developing and defending business cases for new initiatives.
