About the Role
As the Transition Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end transition from legacy CPA and Foundation programs to a newly designed learning architecture. You’ll ensure a smooth, inclusive, and effective change process that supports educators, learners, and administrative teams—minimising disruption while driving clarity around impacts, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Program Transition Strategy
- Lead the phased transition from legacy programs to a new learning model, ensuring curriculum alignment, regulatory compliance, and minimal disruption. Manage pilots, feedback cycles, and integration with broader strategic initiatives
- Program Support Structure
- Design scalable learner support frameworks for digital-first delivery. Establish guided learning models and collaborate with partners to ensure consistent support. Develop onboarding resources and continuous improvement mechanisms
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage internal and external stakeholders through workshops and consultations. Promote inclusive decision-making and ensure accessibility for diverse learner cohorts
- Business Readiness
- Support staff and student adaptation with targeted communications, training, and updated policies. Prepare support teams for go-live and post-launch need
- Project Management
- Oversee timelines, risks, and resources. Track progress, manage dependencies, and coordinate legal reviews for transition-related agreements
- Quality Assurance
- Drive post-transition evaluation and continuous improvement. Repurpose retired content into teaching resources where appropriaTE
