Ready to make a real impact? Make your mark as a Risk Culture Analyst — a role that supports how we shape IAG’s risk culture. You’ll coordinate assessments across the Group, prepare reports, and presentations, support workshops and provide project and team support. Your work will help build a safer, stronger organisation for our people and customers. This is a 12-months fixed term contract opportunity to cover maternity leave. The role is based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support risk culture assessments across the Group and Divisions.
- Collect and organise qualitative and quantitative data, conduct basic analysis to identify trends, and contribute to assessment reports.
- Help organise focus groups and workshops to capture behavioural insights.
- Maintain digital resources and team templates, suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, providing concise updates to stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentations and summaries for senior leaders.
What You'll Bring
- Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Project Management skills and experience to support delivery of programs of work
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience
