✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring Clinical Facility Administrator at Silver Oak Academy in Keymar, Maryland

Silver Oak Academy is located on a scenic 78-acre campus surrounded by sprawling corn fields, beautiful woods full of local wildlife and foliage, a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room, a fully equipped weight room & more), a Tech Center, student housing for 96 youth, and an academic building all just a short commute from Frederick, Baltimore & DC. On site dormitories are available for staff use during their shift and overnight for those with a long commute, or limited transportation. At Silver Oak, we will be providing services to adolescent male students with variety of mental health conditions in a class two RCC, Type 1 school, and future potential RTC.

Pay: starting at $120,000 depending on experience and education.

What you will do: 

The Clinical Facility Administrator will provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple programs, ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed models of care while also delivering clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff as applicable. The Clinical Facility Administrator will oversee treatment planning, documentation standards, and clinical quality assurance as well as reviewing critical incidents, safety plans, and risk assessments; guide staff through complex clinical decisions.

To be considered you should:

  • Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Independent clinical licensure in the state (LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level clinical leadership, preferably in residential, inpatient, or intensive behavioral health settings.
  • Demonstrate experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments.
  • Posess strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations.
