Do you have a passion for helping children, adolescents, and young adults thrive? Adelphoi is growing, and we’re looking for a Community Counselor to join our Community-Based Family Relationship Coaching Program in Washington County.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide prevention, intervention, and reintegration services for youth and families
- Assess needs, create treatment plans, and collaborate with families and agencies
- Travel to homes and community settings to deliver evidence-based interventions
- Mentor parents/caregivers in essential life skills
- Offer crisis intervention and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote trauma-informed care and professionalism in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing a Master’s) in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
