The Concierge is responsible for a variety of clinical functions, including but not limited to assisting the provider with care and treatment, laboratory testing, x-ray examinations, and other duties. The Concierge also performs patient registration, collection of payments, rooming, and patient discharge. All Concierges are expected to maintain competency and perform in all assigned positions on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the urgent care team that works under the direction of the Site Manager and works closely with the provider and other clinical staff.
