Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Content Manager to join our dynamic Group Information Security team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s security posture by developing engaging and informative content for security awareness programs and training initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with cybersecurity experts and instructional designers to create impactful learning materials for our Learning Management System (LMS) and other security programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policies and translate legislative requirements into training content, articles and learning modules preferably within information/cyber security domain also who have worked as consultants/fulltime in learning where the job will also handle request and client assignments
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Information Security subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop training content tailored for LMS and security programs.
- Create a variety of content formats including interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments that effectively communicate complex security concepts.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning authoring tools to design visually compelling and accessible content.
- Structure content within LMS and other platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly learning experience.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training content and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensuring content aligns with organizational standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISMS.
- Collaborate with incident response and service request teams to incorporate real-world scenarios into training materials.
- Support monthly reporting and representation of the organization’s security posture in alignment with group objectives.

Requirements:
- Experience in information security or a related field, preferably in a global or enterprise environment.
- Content manager who has knowledge in creating content in multiple channels, SharePoint, Confluence, Learning module, policies...)
- Ability to transform complex information into easily digestible content for different target audiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Languages: English
Computer skills:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering online training content using Adobe Creative Suite, eLearning, web-based tools, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate in line with branding guidelines
- Ability to transform complex information into easily understandable info for a wider target audience for multiple formats.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suit, SharePoint, Power BI, and reporting
- Experience with LMS implementation projects and platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Proven portfolio delivered on client request or worked on request basis would be an added advantage
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in information security or a related field, preferably in a global or enterprise environment.
- Content manager who has knowledge in creating content in multiple channels, SharePoint, Confluence, Learning module, policies...)
- Ability to transform complex information into easily digestible content for different target audiences
