Bed truck/Winch Truck Driver“
This position requires previous bed-truck experience. Applicants must have proven experience moving 400- and 500-BBL tanks.
The Bed Truck Driver will operate winch- equipped trucks to transport, load and unload heavy oilfield equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in winch operations, load securement, and off-road driving, with the flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of field conditions and client needs.

- Drive and operate bed truck
- Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
- Pre-inspect truck.
- Load and unload equipment using winches and other rigging tools.
- Maneuver and secure oversized loads.
- Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy

- Maintain 100% “Safety Standards and Accountability” in all areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements, which include:
- Maintain compliance with the required HSE Training.
- Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you may be unsafe.
- Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly and willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to a safety incident.
- Performs work in strict compliance with permitting requirements, Alaska Safety Handbook (ASH) Standards and other compliance-oriented directives. The FS1 Facility Operator has STOP work authority.
- Participating in safety meetings, working safely, and maintaining a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI Industrial Services.
- Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are working.
- Demonstrate and promote safe work practices by participating in JSA reviews, pre-job walkdowns and safety START card preparations covering work activities and materials required by the company and the client.
- Promote and participate in Safety Programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to clearly speak, write, read and understand the English language.
Winch and hydraulic system operations, including safety protocols
Load securement methods using chains, straps, and binders
Heavy equipment handling (e.g., tanks, pumps, skids, rig equipment)
Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs
Driving and maneuvering heavy trucks in tight, off-road, or hazardous conditions
Operating winch equipment with precision for loading/unloading
Load securement using proper tools and techniques
