La division ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Europe (AMTP) recherche un un Back Office – Administration des Ventes (H/F) en contrat à durée déterminée (CDD). Le poste est basé à Hautmont (Hauts-de-France).
En tant que Back Office – Administration des Ventes (H/F) pour AMTP, votre principale mission sera d'assurer quotidiennement l’interface entre les clients et les différents services de la Société impliqués, afin de garantir un suivi efficace des commandes et une satisfaction optimale des clients..
Principales missions
Analyser et enregistrer les commandes après revue de contrat.
Mettre à jour les données clients et les tarifications.
Gérer les écarts de programme en lien avec la logistique.
Informer et argumenter auprès des clients sur l’état d’avancement des commandes.
Suivre les délais de paiement et les avoirs clients.
Assurer la clôture des litiges en coordination avec le service Qualité.
Profil recherché
Maîtrise de SAP et du Pack Office.
Anglais professionnel (l’allemand est un plus).
Rigueur, autonomie et sens du service client.
Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
